Upload Audio Files (Single Projects/Jobs)

QTS utilizes a digital dictation system that accepts dictation from our toll-free phone line or from files you upload directly to our system. If you prefer to upload files, you can do so by following the steps below:

1. Download and complete an Information Sheet for the file(s) to be uploaded.

2. Upload your files, Information Sheet and any other supporting documentation via the "Upload Files Here" link below.

3. We will review the files for content and quality and send you an invoice for the entire job based on the initial quote and any adjustments for poor quality or new requests (e.g., faster turnaround). 

4. Approve your estimate, and make your payment via the "Pay Now" button below or by check.
